Uninstall is a pain.
Uninstall is a pain - you have to restart your pc to complete it, programs like this are a pain in any case; even after you do restart it, you still have an annoying file in the RJ TextEd folder inside the C: programs folder that won't be deleted unless you do it before Windows initialized properly (or forget to delete it).
In the end, it's a tie with EditPlus, but I go with the second due to the better PHP section.
Pros: Excellent Windows Notepad substitute
Nice, easy-to-use, complete interface
Good HTML/CSS editor
Cons: Uninstall is a pain
Overall, EditPlus is better
